2. Mrs.D.Prasanna, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this matter has been settled between the parties and hence, she seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition as not pressed. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
