PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to modify the condition imposed as that the petitioners are ready to appear before the (Koovathur) Respondent Police Station or any other Police Station instead of Cuddalore Town Police Station, which is imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6417 of 2025 on 06.03.2025. For Petitioners:

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition 6(b) imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the Cuddalore Town Police Station daily until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6417 of 2025 on 06.03.2025.

2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent that the petitioners have appeared before the Cuddalore Town Police Station for a period of one month.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition to appear before the Cuddalore Town Police Station for a period of one month, this Court is inclined to modify the condition, directing the petitioners to report before the Inspector of Police, Kalpakkam Police Station, Chengalpattu District, once a week, i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
