Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in the above Crl.OP.No.19491/2020 order dated 22.12.2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.VIVEK, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Clause 7(b) of the order dated 22.12.2020 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19491 of 2020.
2. This Court, vide order dated 22.12.2020, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 22.12.2020 stand unaltered.
