J U D G M E N T

Mr.S.Sundaresan, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff would seek permission to withdraw the suit since the suit itself has been settled out of court. He has also made the following endorsement: "I may be permitted to withdraw the suit since it is settled out of court and court fee may be refunded."

2. In view of the same, the suit is dismissed as settled out of court and the court fee paid on the plaint is directed to be refunded to the counsel for the plaintiff. No costs. Consequently, the connected Applications are also closed.
