By the order dated 12.06.2024, this Court disposed of the Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the trial Court to complete the proceedings in FCOP No.347 of 2023 within a period of four months after compliance of certain conditions by the petitioner.

2.The learned District Judge, Family Court, Erode, by a letter to the Registry dated 24.10.2024, seeks extension of time for speedy disposal of the case which has been delayed.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned District Judge, Family Court, Erode, four months time is hereby granted to dispose of FCOP No.347 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
