Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to measure and demarcate the land in survey Numbers 171/1, 172/1, 174 & 175 measuring an extent of 1 Acre and 44 Cents in Kadalur Vilage, Cheyyur Taluk, Kanchipuram District as called for in their Representation dated 27.02.2019.

In pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 10.07.2019, the Respondent, viz., Mr. K. Senthilkumar, Tahsildar, Cheyyur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, is present in Court today and states that he has completed the survey of the property as required in the representation of the Petitioner. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, confirms that the survey has been completed. Nothing survives for further adjudication in the Writ Petition.

2.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is Closed. No costs.
