This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case, investigate on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.05.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 03.05.2016 given by the petitioner is now pending enquiry on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, EDF-III.

4. Under such circumstances, the Sub Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, EDF-III, is directed to conduct enquiry and either file Final Report or close the case with due intimation to the petitioner.
