Challenging dismissal of petition moved by the petitioner in C.M.P.No.1221 of 2016 seeking discharge of the petitioner pending trial in S.C.No.90 of 2015 on the file of Principal Sessions Court, Dharmapuri, this revision has been filed. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that charges have presently been framed against the accused in this case. 4.
