This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order dated 22.01.2020 passed in I.A.No.1226 of 2019 in O.S.NO.240 of 2013 by the First Additional District Munsif Court, Kallakurichi,

2. The revision petitioner has objections for appointment of Surveyor to assist the Advocate Commissioner as it will escalate the cost. Hence, the order passed by the Court below need not be interfered. Since the respondent in I.A.No.1226 of 2019 is also insisting for engaging the Surveyor, it is reasonable that he also shares the expenses.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, a direction is given to the Trial Court to pass suitable orders with regard to sharing of the expenses in engaging the Surveyor by both the parties.

4. With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 12.08.2020 TK To
