This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 AM until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6809 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner/A2 has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6809 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
