[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2021 and release the petitioner's husband viz. Rajan, CT.No.22404, who is detained in Central Prison, Coimbatore, on emergency leave for 6 days with police escort.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], on instructions, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that, the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2021, that was given on behalf of the convict prisoner was considered by the authorities and the same has been rejected, by order dated 31.05.2021. A copy of which has been served to the petitioner as well on the convict prisoner in prison. However, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that he will serve a copy on the learned counsel for the petitioner also.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
