Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st & 2nd respondent to conduct the proper enquiry on the complaint dated 23.06.2015 and pass order on merits as per the Scheduled castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 after giving sufficient opportunities to the petitioner.

The relief sought in the present writ petition is to conduct an inquiry on the complaint dated 23.06.2015 and pass orders on merits. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent made a submission that an inquiry was already conducted and a report was submitted by the second respondent and therefore, the petitioner has to pursue his remedy based on the inquiry conducted. 2/4

3.This being the factum, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the remedy available to him based on the inquiry conducted by the second respondent. With these liberties, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
