This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein to register a case on the basis of complaint dated 06.02.2012 and to file final report before the concerned court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. It is seen that these petitioners have given a complaint on 06.02.2012 and have come up with the petition now. Since the petition suffers from the vice of laches, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR.

Accordingly, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
