This petition has been filed to relax the the bail condition ordered that the petitioner is directed to report before the Respondent Police every day at 10.30 A.M., until further orders imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.5936 of 2025 Dated 04.03.2025.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the bail condition imposed on the petitioner that he is directed to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 A.M., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5936 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025, is relaxed. 4.
