(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed to deposit the amount of Rs.30,000/- by this Court dated 10.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10364 of 2020 in Crime No.71 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was unable to moblise the fund of Rs.30,000/-.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and cirumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10364 of 2029 dated 10.07.2020.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.However, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty Thousand Only) as non refundable deposit to the Commissioner Corporation (For Amma Unavagam), from the date on which the order copy made ready.
