The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No. 80 of 2009 for offences under Sections 210 Cr.P.C on the file of the first respondent herein.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the said matter, the enquiry is pending in FIR No.80 of 2009 came to be closed on 28.12.2009.
