ORDER
The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode, by its order dated 21.08.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.3379 of 2015 granted bail by imposing a condition that the petitioner executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousands only) along with two sureties for the like sum. Further, the petitioner is directed to appear and affix his signature before the respondent policy, daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of one month from the date of their release and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. Further, the petitioner shall not involve in similar kind of activities and he shall not tamper the witnesses either investigation or during trial.
2. In this case, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and now the petitioner has got job at Coimbatore and therefore the condition may be modified directing the petitioner to report before the any police station in Coimbatore City.

taking note of the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions promptly, and now he has got job at Coimbatore and therefore the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3379 of 2015 dated 21.08.2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, *Race Course Police Station, Coimbatore once in a week i.e. on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
6. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
