This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.02.2016 and CSR No.85/2016 dated 20.02.2016 issued by the respondent and to file a final report in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On the complaint dated 20.02.2016 given by this petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.85 of 2016 before the respondent Police and similarly, on the complaint given by Krishnamurthy, the father-in-law of this petitioner, petition enquiry is pending against this petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in both the petitions and take action in accordance with law.
