(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties, vide anticipatory bail order passed in Crl.O.P.No.3364 of 2020 dated 14.02.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3364 of 2020 dated 14.02.2020 with some conditions and the order copy was made ready on 19.02.2020, due to the Corona Pandemic situation, she was stuck up in Dubai. Therefore, she could not comply with the conditions within stipulated period.

3. The order copy was made ready on 19.02.2020 and the petition has been filed after efflux of time.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is dismissed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh anticipatory bail petition.
