PRAYER:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus calling upon the production of the records relating to the detention order dated 02.06.2020 made in detention order in C.M.P. 32/Goonda/SALEM CITY/2020 under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act.14/1982 as a "Goonda" passed by the 2nd respondent herein quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body of the detenu Thiru.Saravanan @ Saravana Raja, Son of Raja, who is aged 35 who has been detained in Central Prison, Salem before this Court and set at liberty.

The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing". 2.This petition has been filed by the Wife of the detenu viz.,Saravanan @ Saravana Raja, aged about 35 years, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu in C.M.P.No.32/Goonda/SALEM CITY/2020, dated 02.06.2020. 3.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu, who is the husband of the petitioner.

4.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
