ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri, to dispose of the suit in OS No.179 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent is a senior citizen and prayed for the speedy disposal of O.S.No.179 of 2021, which was filed in the year 2021.

3. Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2021, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is allowed. No costs. 22-04-2026 rri
