CMP.No.9048 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 1715 days in filing petition to set aside the abatement in the CRP.No.1064 of 2018 in O.S.No.159 of 2005.

2.CMP.No.9051 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the Respondents 5 to 7 as the Legal Heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1 in the CRP.No.1064 of 2018 in O.S.No.159 of 2005.

3.CMP.No.6544 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Shri.K.Subramaniam in the CRP.No.1064 of 2018 in O.S.No.159 of 2005.

4.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5.Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
