ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Hon'ble Court in the order dated 17.07.2020 in Crl. O.P. No.10751 of 2020, directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) each, as non-refundable deposit either through RTGS/NEFT or in cash in favour of 'The Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund'.

3. Considering the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions in Crl.O.P. NO.10751 of 2020, dated 17.07.2020 and accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
