ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to implement the order of the 4th respondent, dated 09.03.2015 based on the petitioner's representation, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. According to the petitioner, as early as on 09.03.2015 itself, the 4th respondent, by his proceedings, has recommended the case of the petitioner for grant of patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. According to him, despite the same, patta has not been issued in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner claims that he continuous to be in possession of the property. He had given a representation on 17.02.2025 to the official respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse order is passed against the 5th respondent, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, which includes the 5th respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 17.02.2025 seeking grant of patta in the name of the petitioner, after giving due consideration to the proceedings of the 4th respondent, dated 09.03.2015 as well as the supporting document produced by the petitioner, and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, which includes the 5th respondent herein, within Page No.3 of 6
a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
