This Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 27.08.2015 sent through register post and investigate the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the materials available on record.

3.The petitioner has sent a complaint dated 27.08.2015 through register post. Now, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in-person to the Inspector of Police, Crime Branch, M-1, Madhavaram Police Station, Madhavaram and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law.
