ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in para No.8(b) of the order dated 25.02.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.3538 of 2026. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para 8(b) of the order dated 25.02.2026 in Crl.O.P.No. 3538 of 2026 is modified to that effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a week ie., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
