(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order, dated 27/4/2018, made in I.A.No.416 of 2018 in AIR.No.81 of 2018, passed by the Registrar, Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, and consequentially dispense with the additional deposit of Rs.19 lakhs, ordered on 12/3/2018, in I.A.No.191 of 2018 in AIR No.81 of 2018.

2. Mr.N.Krishnakumar, learned counsel on record, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Placing on record the above, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

No costs.
