In this regard, she has also filed an affidavit dated 25.06.2015 to the Registry stating that her counsel Mr.T.P.Senthilkumar is not in a position to handle the case and he is in comma stage for the past 20 days. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
