C.M.P.Nos.9545, 9546 & 9549 of 2019 in C.R.P.No.1024 of 2014 C.SARAVANAN.,J.

(i) C.M.P.No.9545 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 41 days in seeking to set aside the abatement on account of the death of sole respondent viz., Appavoo Gounder. (ii) C.M.P.No.9546 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioners to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole respondent viz., Appavoo Gounder.

(iii) C.M.P.No.9549 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioners to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent viz., Appavoo Gounder as respondents 2 to 6.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to allow these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered accordingly. 25.04.2019 jen Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the Civil Revision Petition.
