Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records on the file of the respondent pertaining to the impugned notice dated 06.03.2020 in F.No.1/23/2012/Admin/1160 with its attachment show cause Notice addressed to the Company in F.No.8/123/2008/SEZ/65 dated 25.04.2019 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, barred by limitation and without jurisdiction.

2. This writ petition is filed challenging the show cause notice. Since this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition as against the show cause notice, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a reply to the show cause notice and contest the matter before the concerned Authority.
