2. Today, Mr.N.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are in the process of approaching the appellate authority by way of statutory appeals and hence they do not wish to pursue these writ Petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In light of the endorsement made, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Appeals, if any, filed within a period of two (2) weeks from today, shall be taken on file by the appellate authority without reference to limitation, but ensuring compliance with other statutory conditions, if any.
