This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to investigate the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.13/2020, dated 19.01.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint received from the complainant, he was issued CSR No.13/2020 and on the same day, the enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. Therefore, this petition is devoid of merits.
