Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 4th respondent relating to the impugned order in Memo No.4816/Adm.3/A.1/F.Suspension/2019 dated 14.10.2019 insofar as the petitioner herein is concerned, quash the same as illicit, improper, incompetent, arbitrary and ultra vires and consequently direct the 4th respondent herein to reinstate the petitioner in the post of Junior Engineer, Grade-I at the office of AE/O&M/Rural/Pennagaram, Dharmapuri Electricity Distribution Circle, Dharmapuri District by considering the representation dated 18.04.2020.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Writ Petition filed by the very same petitioner with the same relief was already numbered by the Registry as W.P.No.10182 of 2020 and the present Writ Petition has been numbered for the second time on account of filing of physical copies. Learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to close this petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue W.P.No.10182 of 2020 for redressal of his grievance.

2. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed, granting liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
