No.412/2025 as per the legal mandate the rule 5(4) of Debt Recovery Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1993, and further direct that the above petition shall be decided on merits before proceeding to hear the S.A. No.412 of 2025 for final disposal on merits; (2) directing the Debt Recover Tribunal-III at Chennai to register the unnumbered petition, in diary No.3069/2025 in S.A. No.412/2025 as per the legal mandate in rule 5(4) of Debt Recovery Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1993, and further direct that the above petition shall be decided on merits before proceeding to hear the S.A. No.412 of 2025 for final disposal on merits.
