1. Mr.Elayaraja, Advocate, who appears for the applicant says that these applications be closed, in view of the fact that the matter is pending before the Arbitrator.

2. I am informed, as of today, there is no interim order in favour of the applicant. The subject property, has in fact been handed over to the respondent.

3. Counsel for the respondent has no objection, to the prayer made, to close the applications.

4. It is accordingly ordered.

5. This application is moved by the original respondent for vacation of interim order, dated 12.01.2015.

6. Mr.Prasad Vijayakumar, counsel for the applicant/original respondent says, that this application is rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that his client has been handed over possession of the subject property, pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 30.04.2015.
