ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner made a representation to the first respondent inter alia alleging that encroachments have been made by the respondents 3 and 4 over the waterbody. On receipt of such representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2019, the first respondent, in and by his proceedings in No.O.M.26672/2019/L3 dated 16.10.2019, directed the second respondent to look into the same and intimate the action taken to the petitioner. 2.Taking note of the aforesaid facts, the second respondent is directed to comply with the direction of the first respondent in and by his proceedings dated 16.10.2019 after following due procedure, if not done already, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
