3.Mr.C.E.Pratap, learned Counsel for the fourth respondent has no objection in the delay being condoned.

4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 25 days in filing the first appeal is condoned.
