ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report Page No.1 of 4

before the Flower Bazar Police Station, Chennai, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6912 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6912 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025 is relaxed.
