ORDER

The petitioner seeks Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by Late Kalyani Jayaraman, who died intestate on 10.03.2016. The petitioner is the husband and the sole legal heir of the deceased Kalyani Jayaraman. The deceased had no issue out of her matrimonial wed-lock.

2. The petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. He has produced the death certificate of the deceased Kalyani Jayaraman, as Ex.P1, and the legal heirship certificate of the deceased Kalyani Jayaraman, as Ex.P2. A perusal 1/4

of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioner is the only legal heir of the deceased Kalyani Jayaraman. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received.

3.In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioner in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. Index :Yes/No Petitioner's witness:
