ORDER
This Criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection based on the complaint dated 28.08.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is seen that in the legal proceedings between Periyasamy and this petitioner, this Court, in Second Appeal No.349 of 2008 dated 08.06.2015, has held that Periyasamy has no right in the property in question. In the above observation, the Second Appeal No.349 of 2008 filed by Periyasamy was dismissed by this Court on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
08.06.2015. Despite the dismissal of the second appeal, the said Periyasamy is causing disturbance to the possession of the property. The petitioner has given a complaint dated 28.08.2015 to the police for giving protection. No proof has been attached for such a complaint given.
4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in person to the second respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and afford sufficient protection to the petitioner against any aggression.
With the above directions, the criminal original petition is closed.
