ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the sale deed bearing pending No.P/Bagalur/274/2025 and release the same to the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he is unable to register the sale deed since in the official website of the Registration Department, there is no proper guideline value for the village morefully disclosed in the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration.

3. Mr. U. Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. On instructions, he would submit that due to technical glitch in the official website of the Registration Department, the sale deed of the petitioner could not be registered by the sixth respondent. He would submit that within a period of six weeks from today, the said technical glitch will be rectified and the sale deed presented by the petitioner can be

registered.

4. The undertaking given by the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded by this Court.

5. Accordingly, this Court directs the sixth respondent to take a final decision with regard to the registration of the sale deed bearing pending No.P/Bagalur/274/2025 presented by the petitioner for registration within a period of six weeks from today.

6. In case, the sixth respondent decides to refuse registration of the sale deed presented by the petitioner, the sixth respondent shall pass a speaking order, as to why the sale deed presented by the petitioner cannot be registered within a period of six weeks from today.
