ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct the further investigation and include all sections stated in the complaint and file a fresh FIR. 2.The petitioner is a defacto complaint in Crime No.10 of 2021 and she lodged a complaint against her husband and one K.Rani who is living with her husband. After registration of the case, it is found that despite specific allegations have been made against her husband who is living with his second wife. The respondent police have not included Section 494 of IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that now the sections have been altered and Section 494 IPC has been included.
4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed.
