ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.49573 of 2025, dated 18.12.2025.

2.This Court, by its order dated 18.12.2025 issued a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2025 seeking promotion to the post of Assistant Manager and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Pursuant thereto, the respondent has passed an order dated 25.03.2026.

3.In view of the above, this Court finds that there is no wilful disobedience. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
