ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.10475 of 2020 vide order dated 13.07.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the Crl.O.P.No.10475 of 2020 was ordered on 13.07.2020, it was uploaded only on 18.07.2020. On 28.07.2020, when the petitioner tried to execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court, the learned Magistrate rejected the same stating that the time lapsed.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, two weeks is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for executing the sureties. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to upload a copy of this order on or before 13.08.2020.
