Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint addressed to the 1st respondent on 04.06.2015, with a copy marked to the second respondent, within a time fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint dated 04.06.2015 lodged by the petitioners was enquired into and the same has been closed on 17.08.2015.

3.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed. It is open to the petitioners to agitate the same, based on the Closure Report, including private complaint, in the manner known to law. 4.The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report of the petitioners, within a period of one week, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
