This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent, communicated by the Vice https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Chancellor (Incharge), IMU, Chennai in its order bearing No.IMUHQ/V/11/1/VC Sect/2018(ii) dated 20.04.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order dated 20.04.2018 has to be withdrawn. The learned counsel for the respondent also confirms the same. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
