It is brough to the notice of this Court that in the order of this Court dated 28.08.2023 in the above petition, in the first paragraph, it has been inadvertently typed as 217 days instead of 1554 days. 2.In view of the above, the first paragraph of the order of this Court dated 28.08.2023 reads as follows;

"This Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1554 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal." 3.Registry is directed to issue order copy after carrying out the above correction. The other contents of the order of this Court dated 28.08.2023 shall remain unaltered.
