Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the bail condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner/accused should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.3312 of 2025 on 10.02.2025, is relaxed.
