C.M.P.No.11874 of 2022 in A.S.No.506 of 2010 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 3731 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st respondent namely Karunagaran in A.S.No.506 of 2010.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 3731 days in filing the setting aside abatement petition in A.S.No.506 of 2010, is condoned.
