C.M.P.No.16259 of 2024 in W.A.Sr.No.49152 of 2024 M.S.RAMESH, J., and M.JOTHIRAMAN, J., (Order of this Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH.J.,) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 295 days in preferring the above said Writ Appeal against the order dated 17.08.2023 made in W.P.No.23778 of 2019.

2. Ms.Rita Chandrasekaran, learned counsel for M/s.Aiyar & Dolia, for the respondent has no objection in the petition being allowed.

3. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
